Shipping - Canada
Orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Kitchener ON, Canada. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) using UPS, Purolator, Canpar, Intelcom & Canada Post.
Average Delivery ETA ON & QC: 2-3 days
General Delivery standard is:

PO Box addresses can only be delivered using Canada Post but they report delays are occurring.
Shipping fee varies depending on the shipping service selected and the weight of the package, which will be shown at the time of checkout.
*Standard Delivery is FREE for orders greater than or equal to $50.
* Free Delivery ETA is an estimate and depends on the delivery location. For Example, a free delivery to an address in KW Region or GTA may take 1 to 2 business days since we ship from Kitchener ON, but a delivery time to an address located in Remote Ontario or Quebec may take 4 to 5 days depending on the remoteness of the location. Free delivery uses standard shipping provided by couriers which are not guaranteed service compared to paid services.

Local Shipping - Waterloo Region
Minimum order value for local courier is $35. Deliveries must be within our Waterloo Region delivery zone (Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge). Courier delivery is free. Orders placed by 2pm on delivery days will be delivered the same day. Local delivery availability can be found at checkout. Deliveries occur between 5pm & 9pm. You will not receive a tracking number for local delivery. Please ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery on the scheduled date between 5pm & 9pm. Orders requiring re-delivery due to the recipient not being available to receive the package may be subject to a re-delivery fee.
Deliveries must be contactless. If you live in a condo or apartment building, delivery will be made to the lobby.
*Note: For products that are currently not readily available in the North American warehouse, will be delivered in 10 - 15 days.
