This iS-T45S watch was great and all for about two years, until, for an unknown reason, my phone refused to connect to it. I’ve tried every method possible so far (and it didn’t work) and have contacted the customer service. Great watch otherwise, likely an error on my side with watch malfunction. Would somewhat strongly recommend. Functions are useful too (other than call function. After connecting it wouldn’t let me accept a call)

A great watch. The app works very accordingly to the watch. Just 2 problems: 1) there is no spare cable. I lost it and don’t know which type to buy. 2) the securing bands on the watch fall off pretty easily, and when the watch strap comes loose( which is often) it is very annoying.
